| Projects From time-to-time I conceive of systems, software or devices to solve some of my more easily solvable problems. Frequently the plans never reach completion, mainly due to time constraints or the presence of something more interesting. Below are some of the projects that I started.... Sky+ web interface When my housemate bought a Sky+ box, it seemed like TV viewing pleasure was well under control, the problem comes when you find out about those must-see tv programmes while you are at work "Heaternet" - Computerised heating controls The old central heating system consisted of a boiler, tank and many radiators, but only one thermostat to control it. One part of the house was steaming hot, while another part was freezing. Heaternet was to provide efficient individual control to any part of the house |
